The Bear is Back!

Hello beautiful creatures!

It has been forever since I have posted and I’m sorry for leaving you hanging. It is important now more than ever to get conversations started about mental health.

In the the next couple days I will be posting some tips and tricks to help maintain mental stability and/or cope with episodes that may have been triggered by the pandemic.

I will also share my own personal experience with you in hopes to make us all feel a little less alone. In the end my goal is it start a conversation and provide mental health maintenance tools for all of the beautiful beings!
